The school gates open daily at 8.30am. Members of the Senior Leadership Team and class teachers greet children
from 8:45am and take them to their classrooms where learning begins promptly at 8:55am.
The gates close at 8.55am.
Registers will close at 9.00am and up to 9.15am if your child arrives late they will be marked as ‘L’. If your child
arrives after 9.15am, they will then be marked as a ‘U’ code this means that your child has been marked with an
unauthorised absence for the morning. All of these absences count to the overall attendance and may be used
towards penalty notices.

Lunchtime
Collection at the end of the school day is at 3.15pm. Playground gates will be open between 3.10pm -3.15pm.
Collection for Nursery and Reception classrooms is via the main reception gate. KS1 is via the Harley Street gate
and KS2 is via the main playground gate.
The school office is open from 8.00am-4.00pm.
Breakfast club provision will run in the dining hall from 8:00am and access is via the main reception gate.
Extended Learning runs from 3.15pm until 5.50pm Monday to Thursday and until 4.15pm on a Friday. Please make
sure your child is collected on time.
